This HR Manager role at SHV Energy is a broad, hands-on position where you act as the key HR partner for the Head Office, combining strategic input with operational ownership across all HR domains. Functie

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

  • Manage performance appraisal processes and employee development programmes.
  • Collaborate with leadership to support organisational development and change management initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on compensation structures and benefits administration.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated and adhered to across the organisation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters, fostering a positive work culture.

Profiel

A successful candidate should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven expertise in HR policies, processes, and employment law compliance.
  • Experience in the ENERGY & NATURAL RESOURCES sector is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills to manage HR teams effectively.
  • Ability to foster collaboration and build relationships across departments.
