Functie

You manage your own region, combining commercial drive with clinical credibility. You work closely with surgeons, theatre staff and procurement to secure and expand business.

  • Develop and execute territory sales plans across hospitals in North East NL
  • Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, OR staff and buyers
  • Support surgeries by providing product guidance and on-site presence
  • Identify new opportunities and convert tenders and contracts
  • Deliver product training and demonstrations to clinical teams

Profiel

You combine sales experience in medical devices with the confidence to engage clinical stakeholders. You are hands-on, structured and comfortable in hospital environments.

  • 3+ years' experience in medical device or healthcare sales
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clinical professionals
  • Commercial mindset with a proven track record in hitting targets
  • Willingness to be present in operating theatre environments
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
