Functie

* Prepare and analyse financial reports, including variance analysis versus budget and forecast
* Act as a business partner to site management and operational teams
* Maintain and improve standard costing models
* Analyse material, labour and overhead variances and identify root causes
* Support month-end close and management reporting activities
* Provide financial input on pricing, margins and commercial decisions
* Analyse product and customer profitability
* Prepare and present monthly performance reviews to stakeholders
* Develop and track KPIs together with operations and supply chain
* Support and coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes
* Identify financial risks and opportunities and contribute to improvement initiatives
* Support strategic projects such as investments and operational optimisation

Profiel

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
* Qualified or nearly qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) is a plus
* Experience in a Finance Business Partner or controlling role within manufacturing or supply chain
* Strong understanding of costing and performance analysis
* Experience with ERP systems
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Proactive, independent and analytical mindset
* Able to translate data into clear business actions
