Our client is looking for a Fleet Sales Manager - Europe (EV / Automotive) who is immediately available to start a 6-month project + potential for extension.You bring extensive experience in B2B sales, negotiations and a hunter mentality to win new business.

Functie

  • Drive the growth of fleet sales business across Europe by identifying and winning new customers.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of fleet sales opportunities, from initial prospecting through to contract signature and vehicle orders.
  • Develop relationships with corporate fleet decision-makers, including Procurement, HR, Mobility Managers, Sustainability Managers, and senior executives.
  • Generate and convert opportunities into RFQs, tenders, framework agreements, and long-term commercial partnerships.
  • Collaborate with leasing companies, fleet management providers, mobility partners, brokers, and local sales teams to accelerate business growth.
  • Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, vehicle demonstrations, and test-drive events.
  • Support commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and customer proposals.
  • Identify high-potential market segments and implement targeted business development initiatives.
  • Represent Zeekr at industry events, conferences, roadshows, and networking activities across Europe.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to support strategic growth.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline reporting.
  • Contribute directly to fleet sales targets, order intake, and Zeekr's expansion within the European fleet and mobility sector.



Profiel

  • Immediately available for 32 - 40 hours/week.
  • Can commute to Amsterdam at least 2-3 times per week.
  • Fluent English; Dutch is a plus.
  • Strong hunter mentality with a passion for winning new business.
  • Proven B2B sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Commercial mindset with strong customer focus.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented.
  • Strong presentation and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Analytical thinking with experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of fleet, leasing, mobility, and EV market dynamics.

Aanbod

  • Contract for 6 months, with a possibility of extension
  • Work week of 32 to 40 hours
  • Salary between €6000 and €9000 gross per month based on full-time employment, depending on experience
  • €80-€110/hour for freelancers based on experience
