This role supports a manual order-to-cash process by ensuring complete accuracy of order, fulfilment, and invoicing data across systems and customer portals. It is a highly detail-focused operational position responsible for validating data at every stage to prevent delivery delays, invoicing issues, and customer claims.

A growing international company operating within the health, wellness, and consumer goods sector, focused on delivering affordable and innovative products across European markets. The organisation is currently expanding its operations, supporting new market launches and building scalable processes and systems.

Functie

  • Validate and verify purchase order data, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, formats, and delivery details
  • Perform detailed line-by-line checks of order data within ERP systems (NetSuite) against original purchase orders
  • Monitor and validate fulfilment data from third-party logistics providers (e.g., batch numbers, quantities, GTINs)
  • Ensure accuracy of customer portal entries (e.g., Markant), preventing duplicate or incorrect submissions
  • Review and validate invoices to ensure alignment with purchase orders, fulfilment data, and agreed pricing
  • Identify, flag, and track discrepancies or system issues through to resolution with internal teams
  • Maintain audit trails and accurate documentation for each order lifecycle stage
  • Support reporting by tracking data accuracy issues, discrepancies, and process improvements
  • Follow strict process guidelines and contribute to continuous improvement of workflows during a system rollout

Profiel

  • Fluent in English; Dutch and German is a plus
  • Experience in order administration, sales order processing, or data management ideally within FMCG or consumer goods
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with high levels of accuracy under time pressure
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence handling data files (e.g., CSV formats)
  • Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite or similar) and customer portals/EDI systems
  • Solid understanding of order-to-cash processes, including invoicing and accounts receivable
  • Highly organised, methodical, and able to follow structured processes consistently
  • Proactive communicator who escalates issues quickly and works cross-functionally
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments, such as new market launches
