As a Logistics Administrative Coordinator, you will manage shipment documentation, coordinate transport activities, and support daily logistics operations in an international environment. We are looking for someone with logistics or maritime experience who is fluent in English and Dutch or English and German, and has access to a car due to the location.

Functie

  • Process and maintain logistics and transportation documentation.
  • Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Communicate with carriers, suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage order processing and update logistics information in ERP systems.
  • Track deliveries and proactively resolve shipment-related issues.
  • Support import/export activities and customs documentation.
  • Ensure accurate inventory and transportation data administration.
  • Prepare reports and maintain logistics records in line with company procedures.



Profiel

  • MBO/HBO level education or equivalent, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a logistics administrative role.
  • Experience within the logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or maritime industry is preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch or English and German, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle due to the location of the workplace.
