Interim Senior GL Accountant

As a Interim Senior GL Accountant you are responsible for the following tasks:

• Manage and oversee general ledger activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Support audits by preparing required documentation and liaising with auditors.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other statutory requirements.
• Continuously improve accounting processes and procedures for increased efficiency.
