Financial Controller-Dutch speaker(Data Center Company)

The Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting activities for the data center business, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, regulatory compliance, and effective financial planning. The role partners closely with Operations, Construction, Commercial, and Executive Leadership teams to support business growth, optimize profitability, and manage substantial capital expenditure investments associated with data center infrastructure.

The successful candidate will have strong financial management expertise, experience in asset-intensive industries, and the ability to provide strategic financial insights within a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business performance and strategic decision-making.
• Oversee capital expenditure accounting, including data center construction, expansion projects, and fixed asset management.
• Monitor operational costs and drive financial efficiency initiatives across data center operations.
• Maintain strong internal controls, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness.
• Partner with Operations, Commercial, and Leadership teams to provide financial insights and business support.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risks to support sustainable business growth.
