Functie

You are responsible for expanding market share and growing revenue through a mix of hunting and farming. You engage healthcare professionals with a consultative approach and translate needs into commercial opportunities.

  • Win new business through targeted prospecting and consultative selling
  • Grow an existing account base with clear revenue and adoption targets
  • Build partnerships with orthodontists, clinicians and practice owners
  • Identify opportunities for upselling digital workflow solutions
  • Reactivate dormant accounts and convert them into active revenue streams
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clear commercial ownership
  • Track performance and optimise territory strategy using data insights

Profiel

You are commercially driven and comfortable owning a number. You know how to engage healthcare professionals with credibility while maintaining a strong focus on results.

  • Experience in B2B sales within medtech, dental or medical devices
  • Proven track record in new business acquisition and revenue growth
  • Strong consultative selling skills with healthcare professionals
  • High commercial acumen and confidence in closing deals
  • Ability to influence senior clinicians and business decision‑makers
  • Data‑driven mindset with structured territory management
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
