Als Operations Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor uitvoering onze verhuurprojecten in Nederland en België. Het gaat daarbij om zowel de voorbereiding hiervan op het depot (wassen, picken, repareren, testen), het transport van en naar de klant als om de levering, installatie en service bij de klant. Met je leiderschap inspireer je het Operations-team, terwijl je een strategische bijdrage levert aan de ontwikkeling van de afdeling in beide landen.

You will be responsible for achieving consistent Quality of processes and products, by assuring compliance with the required (inter)national standards, regulations, legislation, Customer and LW policies regarding (food/feed)safety and quality. You will be part of the local Management Team (MT), and will have hierarchical management over 7 direct reports, including Quality Control and 15 indirect reports.

This individual-contributor position is responsible for maintaining schedules, budgets, resources and deliverables for multiple projects. Responsibilities include monitoring teams and vendors to make sure goals and objectives are being kept, leveraging their knowledge of the larger landscape without neglecting granular details, tracking project health, staying alert for risk and resolving issues as they arise.

This role requires a technically adept and passionate individual with an engineering background (electrical, computer, or software) to manage long-term product road maps, ensuring collaboration across product owners and stakeholders in a growing global organisation. The ideal candidate should also possess the ability to navigate complex product evolutions while supporting the company's shift towards global expansion and innovation in autonomous technology.

The HSE project manager will provide leadership, professional knowledge and technical expertise in the administration and support of Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) regulatory compliance, permitting, policy and program development and training to multiple supply chain facilities. Specific emphasis will be placed on developing and driving programs that continuously improve employee safety performance in the regions to world class standards.

Developing and implementing regional and local EHS management systems and maintenance of applicable certifications of such systems. Involving people and the organization to coach them effectively (during changes) for a positive safety result.
