Functie

  • Drive business development strategy and expand market presence
  • Lead and inspire the sales function to achieve ambitious growth targets
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
  • Build and convert a strong, high-quality sales pipeline
  • Strengthen and expand dealer and partner networks
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Leverage CRM to track opportunities, forecast growth, and optimize performance
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Enhance commercial effectiveness through continuous process improvement
  • Monitor and drive key metrics including revenue growth, conversion rates, and new business wins

Profiel

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
  • Proven experience in a technical or industrial B2B environment
  • Strong commercial drive with a true hunter mentality
  • Demonstrated success in winning new business and growing accounts
  • Solid understanding of technical products and solutions
  • Experience working with CRM systems and managing sales pipelines
  • Results-driven, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
  • Hands-on, proactive, and takes full ownership of performance
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (Dutch and English)
  • Able to operate effectively between technical and commercial teams
