Functie

  • Lead and coach a team of functional application specialists
  • Manage and optimise business-critical ERP and operational systems
  • Drive process improvements and increase system performance and stability
  • Act as the bridge between operations, IT, and business stakeholders
  • Monitor system performance and proactively resolve bottlenecks
  • Support and coordinate application-related projects and enhancements

Profiel

  • Experience in logistics, terminal, supply chain, or operational environments
  • Proven background in functional application management
  • Experience leading or coordinating teams
  • Strong knowledge of ERP and operational business systems
  • Hands-on, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working in an on-site operational environment
  • Strong ownership mentality and ability to drive change
