Functie

  • Manage and develop key retail accounts (toy chains, mass retailers, etc.)
  • Drive sales growth, distribution, and product visibility
  • Develop and execute account plans, including seasonal campaigns
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Lead negotiations on pricing, assortment, and trade terms
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize performance
  • Collaborate with marketing on product launches and promotions
  • Ensure strong in-store and online execution
  • Provide forecasting and performance reporting
  • Represent the company in client meetings and industry events



Profiel

  • 5+ years' experience in key account management (ideally toy industry or FMCG)
  • Proven track record managing large retail accounts with P&L ownership
  • Strong commercial, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
  • Experienced in negotiations, account planning, and driving sales growth
  • Good understanding of retail dynamics and seasonal sales cycles
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (German is a plus)
  • Independent, structured, and results-driven mindset
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
