An international consumer goods organisation is seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Manager to support a major business separation and organisational change programme. This role will focus on financial governance, programme delivery, business case development, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring transformation initiatives are successfully embedded across the business.

Our client is a globally recognised consumer goods business undergoing a significant transformation programme following the separation of a major business unit. The organisation is focused on accelerating growth, improving profitability, simplifying operations, and creating a more agile and efficient operating model that supports long-term strategic objectives.

Functie

  • Lead and coordinate multiple transformation and change initiatives across the organisation.
  • Establish governance frameworks, reporting rhythms, and delivery disciplines for ongoing programmes.
  • Convert strategic projects into tangible financial and organisational plans that support business objectives.
  • Manage interdependencies across multiple workstreams and ensure alignment between stakeholders.
  • Develop and support business cases for new projects and investment opportunities.
  • Monitor project execution, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are achieved.
  • Organise governance forums and reporting meetings, highlighting project risks, opportunities, and progress.
  • Manage project budgets, financial controls, and governance processes.
  • Support reporting structures, cost centre management, and finance-related organisational changes.
  • Collaborate closely with finance, HR, project management teams, leadership stakeholders, and external advisors.



Profiel

  • Strong background working with SAP and the ability to quickly adapt to new digital systems and technologies.
  • FMCG experince is required.
  • Proven experience in financial controlling, reporting, and business case development.
  • Experience supporting large-scale transformation, change, or programme management initiatives.
  • Strong Excel, financial modelling, and data analysis capabilities.
  • Experience working with structured datasets, planning models, and reporting frameworks.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and data modelling principles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence and engage diverse, cross-functional stakeholder groups.
  • Strong organisational, coordination, and project management abilities.
  • Commercially driven with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively across international teams.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to perform effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with cost models, budgeting, and financial governance processes.



Aanbod

  • A competative salary range of €75,000 - €95,000.

  • Travel allowance reimbursed: €0.23 per km.
