We are looking for D365 HR Functional Consultant with strong experience in Dynamics 365 HR to support global HR operations and system improvements. You will focus on data management, user support, and integrations, with some involvement in iCIMS recruitment processes.

Our client is an international organisation operating across multiple regions with a complex HR systems landscape. They are continuously improving their HR technologies and processes to support a globally distributed workforce, including growth through acquisitions.

Functie

  • Perform bulk data updates and ensure data integrity in D365HR
  • Support HR users, resolve tickets, and provide functional guidance
  • Assist in acquisitions, mergers, and organisational changes
  • Validate and monitor data between D365HR and iCIMS
  • Support integrations between D365HR and Finance & Operations
  • Contribute to HR system improvements and rollout activities



Profiel

  • 3-5+ years as D365 FO / HR Functional Consultant
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle
  • Experience with data migration, bulk updates, and integrations
  • Hands-on, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable supporting international HR stakeholders
  • Experience with iCIMS is a strong plus
