We produce our products for our clients across the globe. The customer service team consists of 7 people divided in customer support and specials.FunctieAs a customer service employee:Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.Make OTIF reports.Make order intake reports.Resolve SAP issues.Handling orders from the sales network and customer service team, you are in between the customer and operations, R&D, quality, improve orders and fix problems.
