Functie

  • Drive sales growth and expand market presence in the North-East Netherlands
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within industrial markets
  • Create and execute strategic sales and acquisition plans
  • Manage and follow up on projects from lead to completion
  • Use market insights and network to engage the right stakeholders at the right time
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales, customer service, and support teams
  • Represent the company as a trusted commercial and technical partner



Profiel

  • Strong technical background, ideally in mechanical or process engineering
  • Experience in industrial sales or a similar commercial role
  • Knowledge of bulk handling systems, fabrication, or related industries is a plus
  • Commercially driven with a strategic and proactive mindset
  • Proven ability to build and leverage a strong industry network
  • Confident communicator and relationship builder
  • Able to work independently while thriving in a team environment
  • Results-oriented with a hands-on, problem-solving approach
  • Fluent in Dutch and comfortable communicating in English
