Our client is a global healthcare manufacturer and distributor with a strong presence in acute care. They combine long-standing industry expertise with a broad medical devices portfolio used daily in hospitals, supporting safer and more efficient patient care.

Functie

In this field-based role, you manage your territory end-to-end-from planning to execution-focused on hospitals and clinical stakeholders. You turn clinical needs into commercial wins by positioning products effectively in OR and ICU settings.

  • Deliver sales targets for assigned product lines across Benelux
  • Build relationships with surgeons, nurses, procurement and KOLs
  • Run product demonstrations and in-service training in OR/ICU
  • Lead tenders, pricing discussions and contract negotiations
  • Execute quarterly and annual account reviews with key customers
  • Launch new products and drive adoption with structured plans
  • Track pipeline, activities and forecasts via Salesforce CRM

Profiel

You combine clinical credibility with a hands-on sales approach and thrive working independently in a complex hospital environment. You are structured, persuasive and comfortable switching between operating rooms and boardrooms.

  • Fluent in Dutch and English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, life sciences, business or engineering
  • 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in medical devices
  • Confident presenting in clinical environments (OR/ICU exposure preferred)
  • Strong negotiation skills with public and private healthcare clients
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Willing to travel frequently across the Benelux region
