For a large IT company in Utrecht, I am currently looking for a Sales Support specialist who speaks German and English on a professional working level. Would you like to work in an International environment, in a renowned IT company? The role is for 32 to 40 hours per week, with the possibility to work from home 1 to 2 days per week. They are currently looking for an addition to their Sales Support team, which consist of people of all ages and all backgrounds, from all over the world. In this role you can work both from home and from the office, they maintain a flexible approach. You will be working for English- and German-speaking clients all over Europe and outside.

Functie

  • Keep and maintain consistent and accurate records in the database following customer contact
  • Handle all general and order specific customer enquiries within the account base ensuring accuracy and orders shipped on time.
  • Liaising with EMEA Operation team to ensure accurate lead times and delivery schedules are communicated to customers.
  • Maintain a high level of inter departmental and customer / supplier communication.
  • Provide administrative support to Sales team as required
  • Backlog control, solve logistics issues & queries
  • Any other function as deemed necessary by the Management Team

Profiel

  • Living in the area of Utrecht
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Experience in a Commercial, Customer care, Front office, Support or IT role
  • Available for 32 to 40 hours per week
  • You are: communicative, think in solutions, commercial and proactive
