Job Description

You take full ownership of your territory, combining proactive business development with strategic account management. You act as a consultative partner to orthodontists, helping them optimise their practice with innovative solutions.

  • Maintain and grow a strong client base of orthodontists in North Holland
  • Identify and qualify new leads through targeted prospecting
  • Manage the full sales cycle
  • Deliver product demonstrations and consultative sales presentations
  • Track pipeline, forecast revenue and report on performance

The Successful Applicant

You are a driven, independent sales professional with strong commercial instincts and the ability to influence stakeholders. You enjoy managing your own territory and building long-term partnerships through consultative selling.

  • Proven experience in B2B sales with consultative selling approaches
  • Strong commercial acumen and results-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own territory
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken)
