Job Description

As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies. Working closely with colleagues and external partners, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless payroll experience across multiple entities.In addition to payroll operations, you will coordinate international payroll activities with local providers, resolve payroll-related queries, and provide reporting and insights to key stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to work in a complex, international environment where accuracy, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving are highly valued.Beyond day-to-day payroll responsibilities, you will contribute to process improvements, support system enhancements, and participate in projects aimed at increasing efficiency and strengthening the overall payroll function. The Successful Applicant

The Successful ApplicantWe are looking for an experienced payroll professional who combines strong technical expertise with a proactive and improvement-focused mindset. You are detail-oriented, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and feel comfortable collaborating with stakeholders across different countries and cultures.

In addition, you bring:

At least 3 years of experience in payroll administration or payroll operations
A solid understanding of payroll legislation, compliance, and payroll best practices
Bachelor's level working and thinking ability
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
The confidence to challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Experience working with multiple entities or international payroll environments is an advantage
Experience with payroll systems and HRIS platforms
Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken

You are someone who enjoys taking ownership, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and contributing to the ongoing development of payroll processes, systems, and ways of working.
