Adevinta Benelux is seeking a Head of Controlling & Finance Operations to lead and develop its local finance function, including Controlling and core Finance Operations. The role combines hands-on leadership with strategic transformation, guiding the team through a shift from centralized functions to a more agile, locally run model.
In this role, you are responsible for identifying, assessing, and prioritizing the process of goods flow, in close coordination with internal departments such as Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Logistics, and Supply Chain. You manage the full operation, including supplier support, process setup, and issue resolution, to enhance the efficiency and quality of the organization.
As a Financial Analyst Procurement, you will analyze financial performance, manage commodity risks, and optimize procurement finance processes. You will collaborate cross-functionally to enhance transparency, drive cost efficiencies, and support strategic financial planning.
