Job Description

You design and execute a full education and KOL strategy aligned with business goals. You ensure measurable impact across the customer journey, from acquisition to loyalty.

  • Develop and deliver a Benelux-wide education programme linked to growth targets
  • Own planning, budget, execution and ROI of all training initiatives
  • Build and lead a structured KOL programme across multiple segments and brands
  • Manage speaker programmes, contracts, briefings and performance follow-up
  • Strengthen partnerships with universities and integrate solutions into curricula
  • Act as key liaison with professional associations and external partners
  • Define KPIs and ensure strong alignment between marketing, sales and education

The Successful Applicant

You bring a strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution in healthcare education. You easily manage stakeholders and translate insights into impactful programmes.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
  • 5-8 years' experience in healthcare or medical devices (dental is a plus)
  • Proven experience with education programmes, events or training platforms
  • Track record in KOL management and external partnership development
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent command of English (business level)
  • Structured, proactive and results-driven mindset
