They are currently in a crucial phase of a global SAP S/4HANA transformation, making this an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-impact, business-critical project within a dynamic and collaborative environment.Job DescriptionAs a Supply Chain Systems Specialist a.i. , you will:Operate at the intersection of Customer Service, Logistics, and IT, ensuring smooth system functionality and process optimisation across the region.Act as the interface between business teams and IT, translating needs into system solutionsSupport the S/4HANA transformation, particularly from a local (country) perspectiveCoordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate system changesMonitor and optimise Order-to-Cash and order management processes, including automation initiativesIdentify and resolve system and process gaps across interfaces (e.g. 3PLs, order management tools)Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementationServe as the logistics point of contact within the SAP transformation projectDrive continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives in supply chain systemsSupport onboarding of new customers and system integrationsCollaborate cross-functionally across Brussels, Copenhagen, and other locationsThe Successful ApplicantA successful Supply Chain Systems Specialist a.i. candidate for this role brings a combination of supply chain understanding and systems affinity, with strong stakeholder management skills.Experience in Supply Chain with exposure to systems/processesAffinity with ERP systems (SAP ECC / S4HANA is a plus, not required)Experience with process improvement, system implementations, or transformation projectsComfortable working with multiple stakeholders across regionsHands-on mindset: able to identify issues, analyse root causes, and drive solutionsStrong communication skills in English (mandatory)Experience in FMCGAvailable for 32-40 hours per week, with flexibility to travel occasionallyPlease note: this is not an IT role.
