Job Description

As a Supply Chain Systems Specialist a.i. , you will:

  • Operate at the intersection of Customer Service, Logistics, and IT, ensuring smooth system functionality and process optimisation across the region.
  • Act as the interface between business teams and IT, translating needs into system solutions
  • Support the S/4HANA transformation, particularly from a local (country) perspective
  • Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate system changes
  • Monitor and optimise Order-to-Cash and order management processes, including automation initiatives
  • Identify and resolve system and process gaps across interfaces (e.g. 3PLs, order management tools)
  • Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation
  • Serve as the logistics point of contact within the SAP transformation project
  • Drive continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives in supply chain systems
  • Support onboarding of new customers and system integrations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across Brussels, Copenhagen, and other locations



The Successful Applicant

A successful Supply Chain Systems Specialist a.i. candidate for this role brings a combination of supply chain understanding and systems affinity, with strong stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience in Supply Chain with exposure to systems/processes
  • Affinity with ERP systems (SAP ECC / S4HANA is a plus, not required)
  • Experience with process improvement, system implementations, or transformation projects
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across regions
  • Hands-on mindset: able to identify issues, analyse root causes, and drive solutions
  • Strong communication skills in English (mandatory)
  • Experience in FMCG
  • Available for 32-40 hours per week, with flexibility to travel occasionally

Please note: this is not an IT role. Candidates must have a background in Supply Chain and some knowldge of SAP.

This role is exclusively available for self-employed candidates.
