Job Description

A successful SENIOR FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT/TREASURY you are responsible for the following tasks:

  • Manage and oversee treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
  • Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial transactions.
  • Support the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimise financial processes and systems.
  • Assist in managing relationships with external stakeholders, such as banks and auditors.
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Contribute to ad hoc financial projects and initiatives as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful SENIOR FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT/TREASURY should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and treasury management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in the ENERGY & NATURAL RESOURCES sector is advantageous.
