Job Description

  • Own and lead the financial accounting, reporting, and financial control activities for the M&A integration of the German entity
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial records, reconciliations, and month-end reporting.
  • Drive process improvements and implement efficient finance processes for new business initiatives and innovations
  • Identify financial risks, resolve accounting issues, and support a scalable control environment.
  • Support audits, statutory reporting, and contribute to strengthening the internal control framework.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Senior Financial Controller should have:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with strong technical accounting knowledge.
  • Strong knowledge of M&A integration
  • Strong experience in financial control/accounting within a complex IFRS environment.
  • Proven past experience with SAP/Hanna
  • Proficiency in English, German is a BIG plus
