Job Description

  • Deliver financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Analyse business performance, profitability and operational KPIs
  • Provide financial insights to support strategic and commercial decision-making
  • Act as a finance business partner to Operations, Customer Service, HR and Marketing teams
  • Support investment decisions and CapEx planning
  • Identify risks, opportunities and areas for performance improvement
  • Drive process improvements and help develop scalable finance processes
  • Monitor country performance across multiple European markets
  • Collaborate closely with international stakeholders and shared service teams
  • Support the continued development and professionalisation of the finance function

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
  • Experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller or Business Controller
  • Strong foundation in accounting, financial control and analysis
  • Experience within an international and fast-paced environment
  • Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting and performance management
  • Comfortable working with shared service centres and international finance teams
  • Proactive and hands-on approach
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Fluent in English
