Job Description

  • Manage and process transport orders in logistics systems
  • Ensure accurate and timely booking administration within the logistics industry
  • Monitor shipments and resolve operational issues proactively
  • Communicate with customers about deliveries, delays and changes
  • Collaborate with planning, shipping and sales teams in the logistics environment
  • Handle customer queries, complaints and invoice discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with transport and hazardous goods documentation
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers in Europoort
  • Track KPIs and service performance within logistics operations

The Successful Applicant

The succesful candidate for this role has:

  • 3-4 years of experience as a logistics coordinator, transport planner, or in a customer service transport role
  • Completed MBO-4 or Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain
  • Experience with transport documentation
  • Experience in B2B customer contact
  • Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
  • In possession of own transport (car or motorcycle)
  • Living within 30 km of Europoort (Rotterdam Harbour)
  • Preferably immediately available

What's on Offer

  • Hybrid working after onboarding period (60% office / 40% remote)
  • Salary between €3,200 and €3,800 gross per month + 13th month
  • Full-time or part-time (32 hours minimum)
  • 27 holidays per year
  • Travel allowance up to 50 km per day
  • Start date: ASAP
