Job Description

  • Act as first point of contact for customers (phone, email, chat)
  • Manage and process customer orders from start to delivery
  • Monitor order progress and ensure on-time delivery
  • Coordinate with warehouses and logistics partners on order changes
  • Handle and follow up on customer complaints
  • Maintain accurate customer, order, and supplier data
  • Check stock levels and align with warehouse availability
  • Prepare and validate sales invoices
  • Work closely with sales, supply chain, and logistics teams
  • Communicate with suppliers to arrange orders and deliveries
  • Execute daily supply chain and operational activities
  • Identify and suggest process improvements
  • Build strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction



The Successful Applicant

  • 2-3 years of experience in Customer Care, Supply Chain, or Logistics
  • Strong customer focus and service mindset
  • Accurate and detail-oriented in daily work
  • Clear and professional communicator
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and solution-oriented
  • Experience with systems (ERP, Excel, Outlook)
  • Fluent in English and Dutch or English and German
  • This role can be fulfilled in 32-40 hours per week, with Friday availability required
