Job Description

  • Develop and execute direct and indirect sales strategies to grow the thermography business across the Benelux and Nordic regions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors and end users, identifying new business opportunities and growth potential.
  • Present thermography solutions to customers and support specific client projects.
  • Support marketing activities by representing the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
  • Collaborate closely with regional sales colleagues and engage with industry associations and interest groups.
  • Position the products as the preferred solution in the market and prepare business reports for management.



The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of experience in the thermal imaging / thermography industry
  • Established business network within the Benelux and/or Nordic markets
  • Proven business development and corporate negotiation skills
  • Strong at building long-term relationships with distributors and end users
  • Self-driven, proactive, and commercially ambitious
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote and flexible setup
  • Effective in a multicultural, international environment
  • Fluent in Dutch and/or Swedish, with strong written and spoken English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and related Office tools
  • Willing to travel regularly within the region
