Europe is therefore a key strategic growth region for FrostBoss moving forward.Job DescriptionAs European Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving and executing FrostBoss' commercial strategy across Europe. Acting as the key link between the New Zealand headquarters and the European market, you will play a pivotal role in delivering sustainable growth.You will work closely with an established network of distributors, supporting, developing and challenging them to maximise performance. At the same time, you will continuously assess whether the current go-to-market model is optimal and identify opportunities to strengthen or expand the network.This is a highly autonomous and entrepreneurial role, requiring you to build strong relationships with both distributors and end customers-from growers and vineyard owners to senior decision-makers such as CFOs and CEOs. You will be responsible for managing complex and high-value sales processes and translating technical solutions into clear business value for customers.Key responsibilities include:Managing, developing and optimising the European distributor network;Driving sales growth and managing the commercial pipeline;Identifying and developing new market opportunities and strategic partnerships;Supporting distributors with commercial and technical expertise;Providing market intelligence and strategic input to the New Zealand leadership team;Acting as the primary representative of FrostBoss in Europe.The Successful ApplicantWe are looking for an entrepreneurial and self-driven commercial professional with strong experience operating across Europe.You have the ability to independently develop a market and thrive in a role with high levels of ownership, autonomy, and impact.
