Als BUSINESS CONTROLLER in de BUSINESS SERVICES-sector ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren van financiële processen en het ondersteunen van strategische beslissingen. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen om financiële inzichten te bieden die de prestaties verbeteren.
Hoewel dit formeel een Business Control‑functie betreft, ligt de zwaarte juist op Financial Control, financiële beheersing en het neerzetten van een solide fundament voor rapportage en compliance. Je werkt diep in de kern van de financiële organisatie en zorgt dat cijfers niet alleen kloppen, maar ook de basis vormen voor sturing en besluitvorming.
De functie draait om het volledig beheren en structureren van de financiële administratie, inclusief analyses, rapportages en procesoptimalisatie. Je hebt een sleutelrol in een klein team en draagt direct bij aan de financiële koers en professionalisering van de organisatie.
Als Head of Accounting & Reporting ben jij de financiële spil van Center Parcs Europe. Je leidt het internationale accounting- en reportingteam (12FTE), borgt correcte toepassing van IFRS en lokale GAAP, werkt nauw samen met Finance, Tax en Legal en fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt voor auditors binnen een complexe, internationale omgeving.
Als Interim Controller in de Industrial / Manufacturing-sector werk je tijdelijk mee aan financiële processen en rapportages binnen de afdeling Accounting & Finance. Je hebt een scherp oog voor detail en draagt bij aan de optimalisatie van financiële structuren.
