This role is responsible for defining and leading the organization's information security strategy, ensuring compliance, risk management, and incident response across a global environment. It combines strategic ownership with hands-on collaboration across IT, business, and external partners to continuously strengthen security.
This role acts as the key security partner for business and IT teams, ensuring regulatory and cybersecurity requirements are implemented across the organisation. You'll translate frameworks into practical guidance, oversee risk and control activities, and advise senior stakeholders on secure decision-making.

Als Information Security Engineer zorg je voor de beveiliging van systemen en data binnen een snelgroeiende fintech in Amsterdam. Je werkt samen met IT, engineering en compliance om veilige en betrouwbare financiële diensten te garanderen.
Als Information Security Officer ben jij de spil in het waarborgen van onze digitale veiligheid. Jij ontwikkelt en onderhoudt het informatiebeveiligingsbeleid en zorgt ervoor dat het niet alleen op papier staat, maar ook in de praktijk werkt. Je bent een adviseur, een controleur en een verbinder: je helpt teams om risico's te herkennen en te beperken, en je zorgt dat processen voldoen aan wet- en regelgeving.
Deze rol draait om het versterken en sturen van de informatiebeveiliging binnen een financiële organisatie met hoge compliance- en risicostandaarden. Je ontwikkelt de securitystrategie, adviseert het MT en borgt dat cloud-, data- en identity-beveiliging structureel op topniveau staan.
