Als Business Controller vorm je de schakel tussen finance, data, commercie en operations. Je vertaalt cijfers naar duidelijke inzichten, ondersteunt marges en werkkapitaalverbetering en helpt het bedrijf sturen met scherpe rapportages en analyses. Samen met de CFO en Financial Controller versterk je de financiële prestaties van een van de belangrijkste entiteiten binnen de groep.
Als Financial Controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van correcte en tijdige financiële rapportages voor internationale entiteiten, inclusief maandafsluitingen, analyses en audits. Daarnaast speel je een actieve rol in de modernisering van de Finance‑functie door bij te dragen aan automatisering, AI‑toepassingen en procesverbeteringen.
De Country Controller is verantwoordelijk voor de financiële sturing, rapportages en compliance van de Nederlandse entiteiten en adviseert het management over kansen en risico's. Je versterkt de control‑omgeving, optimaliseert processen en fungeert als strategisch financieel aanspreekpunt.
Als Controller maak je deel uit van het Group Control team en draag je verantwoordelijkheid voor zowel Nederlandse als Amerikaanse entiteiten. Je werkt nauw samen met de Group Controller, directie, diverse afdelingen en het BI‑team.
You will operate at the intersection of financial control and business performance in Amsterdam, ensuring accurate reporting and forward-looking financial analysis within the Banking industry. The role offers strong exposure to senior stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced Banking setting.
You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, leading the month-end close process, and providing financial insights to support business decisions. You will help strengthen the reporting processes and contribute to finance transformation.
