The HR Manager EMEA implements HR solutions that enable the business to successfully achieve its objectives. This role works closely with HR specialty areas to deliver high-quality service and provide guidance and coaching to the organization. This is an EMEA based role that supports our EMEA based employees.

Als HR Business Partner vertaal je de organisatiedoelstellingen naar krachtige, toekomstbestendige HR‑oplossingen. Je adviseert leiders, analyseert HR‑data en leidt projecten die de teams versterken en de organisatie laten groeien.
Dit is geen uitvoerende HR-rol, maar een echt eigenaarschap-positie. Je bepaalt de HR-agenda, bouwt beleid, adviseert de top van de organisatie én voert projecten uit die direct impact hebben.
