Job Description

You manage a defined territory, combining strategic account planning with hands-on clinical support to grow market share. You are visible in the OR, building trust with surgeons and translating product value into daily practice.

  • Drive sales of vascular devices across hospitals in North Brabant
  • Build and execute structured territory and account plans
  • Develop relationships with vascular surgeons, interventionalists, and OR staff
  • Provide in-theatre support and product demonstrations during procedures
  • Identify and win new business opportunities within existing and new accounts
  • Deliver product training and education sessions to clinical teams
  • Monitor competitor activity and adapt strategies to maintain growth

The Successful Applicant

You are commercially driven, clinically credible, and comfortable operating in the operating theatre environment. You communicate with authority, build long-term trust, and consistently deliver on targets.

  • 5+ years' experience in medical device sales, preferably vascular or endovascular
  • Proven track record managing a territory and achieving sales targets
  • Strong clinical understanding of vascular procedures and hospital workflows
  • Experience supporting cases in the operating theatre
  • Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or a related field
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
