As a Supply Chain Specialist, you coordinate and optimize end-to-end logistics processes, acting as the key link between commercial, customer service, and logistics teams. You oversee customs and export-related activities, manage logistics service providers, and drive continuous process improvements through strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and operational coordination.

Functie

What you will do

  • Coordinate and optimize end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations to ensure efficient and compliant product flows.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customs, export, and trade compliance matters, providing guidance to internal stakeholders.
  • Manage and evaluate logistics service providers, including performance monitoring, rate negotiations, and supplier onboarding.
  • Oversee inventory controls, stock reconciliations, and logistics-related documentation to maintain operational accuracy and efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, resolve operational escalations, and support cross-functional collaboration across customer service, sales, and logistics teams.


Profiel

You have a:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong knowledge of international transportation (road, air, and sea freight), warehousing, customs regulations, and export documentation.
  • Proven experience working with ERP systems and using data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency and supply chain performance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and external logistics partners.
  • B2+ level Dutch
