The company supplies single machines, production lines, and complete projects worldwide for the grinding of cocoa and the production of chocolate, compounds,bread spreads, various fat-based creams, and similar products.

Functie

  • To focus on the cocoa-processing and confectionery industries;
  • To manage and develop Key Accounts: big multinational players in the cocoa-processing and confectionery business;
  • To maintain and develop strong relations with the existing agents and the customers;
  • To identify and develop new customers, new business opportunities;
  • To implement sales strategy/create new strategy, to bring new ideas, a new approach to the market;
  • To develop business plans to research the emerging trends, analyse competitors, and identify new markets or niches for expansion
  • To make offers, to manage contracts and complex projects;
  • To negotiate and close complex deals;
  • Reporting to the Sales Director.

Profiel

  • HBO/WO working and thinking level in a commercial international field;
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales of capital goods, international business development,with a proven success record;
  • Languages: native French speaker (or equivalent level), fluent English;
  • Affinity for (and preferably work experience in) French-speaking Africa;
  • Sharp negotiation and networking skills, know your way around multicultural contexts;
  • Willing to travel (30-40%).
