As a Production Planner (Work Preparer), you ensure production and integration activities are effectively planned, prepared, and executed within a high-tech aerospace environment. You coordinate resources, materials, and documentation while driving process improvements and operational efficiency.

Job Description

  • Create and maintain production and project planning
  • Monitor progress, resources, and lead times
  • Adjust planning when changes occur
  • Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
  • Support process improvement initiatives
  • Ensure availability of materials and tools
  • Process inventory changes in SAP/MRP
  • Create purchase requests
  • Monitor KPIs
  • Provide second-line technical support
  • Review technical drawings
  • Prepare work instructions
  • Compile work packages and documentation
  • Prepare logistics and shipping documents



The Successful Applicant

  • HBO+/Bachelor level thinking and working
  • Experience in work preparation or production planning
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Proactive and hands-on attitude
  • Experience with SAP
  • Able to read technical drawings
  • Strong communication skills
  • Stakeholder management ability
  • Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
