Our client is looking for a Dealer Network Development Specialist (Payroll or Freelancer) who is immediately available to start a 6-month project + potential for extension. You bring 3+ years of experience in automotive/dealer operations, network development, sales operations, or project management. Job Description

  • Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding and launch of new dealer partners, ensuring all activities are completed on time and in line with company standards.
  • Act as the main point of contact between dealers and internal teams, managing onboarding plans, timelines, milestones, and project progress.
  • Ensure dealer operational readiness by coordinating facilities, systems, training, staffing, compliance requirements, and launch preparation activities.
  • Organize and monitor dealer training programs, certifications, and onboarding completion, working closely with central training teams.
  • Coordinate the implementation of dealer systems and digital platforms, including CRM, DMS, ordering, warranty, delivery, and reporting tools.
  • Support dealers with vehicle ordering processes, order tracking, issue resolution, and operational guidance throughout onboarding.
  • Facilitate communication regarding vehicle allocation, availability, delivery expectations, and alignment between dealer demand and supply planning.
  • Build strong relationships with dealer partners and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates, organizing project meetings, and supporting successful dealer launches.
  • Monitor onboarding progress, identify risks and delays, and proactively drive corrective actions to ensure successful implementation.
  • Maintain onboarding documentation, best practices, and governance frameworks while continuously improving dealer onboarding and operational readiness processes.



The Successful Applicant

  • Immediately available for 32 - 40 hours/week
  • Can commute to Amsterdam at least 2-3 times per week
  • Fluent English; Dutch is a plus
  • 3+ years of experience in automotive operations, dealer network development, dealer operations, sales operations, or project management
  • Experience working with OEMs, dealer networks, distributors, or importer organizations
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Familiarity with CRM, DMS, ordering, and dealer management systems
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail

What's on Offer

  • Salary between €4.000 and €7.000 gross per month based on full-time employment, depending on experience
