Job Description

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Plan and manage digital and traditional marketing channels
  • Create and oversee content and brand messaging
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns
  • Increase brand awareness and market presence
  • Organize events, PR activities, and partnerships
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders



The Successful Applicant

  • Strong background in developing marketing strategies, planning campaigns, and leveraging digital channels
  • Proficient in content creation, brand building, and social media management
  • Experienced in analyzing data, conducting market research, and tracking performance metrics
  • Skilled in organizing events, managing PR activities, and engaging stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project coordination abilities
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English
  • Interest in real estate or luxury sectors is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or similar (Master's preferred)
