Job Description

  • Lead the HR domain within a major ERP transformation programme
  • Act as Product Owner, managing HR backlog and requirements
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to define future processes
  • Work with the implementation partner and tech teams on system design and deployment
  • Ensure integration between HR tools and Oracle Fusion ERP
  • Support data migration, testing, and go-live activities

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as Project Lead or Product Owner (HR systems)
  • Strong HR domain expertise (Core HR, Payroll, WFM)
  • Hands-on experience with Workday and/or ADP Workforce Management
  • Experience in large-scale transformations and system migrations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in complex, international environments
