Functie

  • Process payroll for international employees, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate with external payroll providers and internal teams to ensure timely payroll submissions.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and handle adjustments or corrections as needed.
  • Provide support for payroll-related audits and reporting requirements.
  • Assist with tax filings and social security contributions in different countries.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee payroll queries promptly.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to improve payroll processes.
  • Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with GDPR standards.

Profiel

A successful International Payroll Specialist should have:

  • Available for 16 hours
  • Manage end-to-end monthly global payroll cycles with ADP WFN and Celergo
  • Proficiency in payroll systems and processes, with an international focus.
  • Knowledge of payroll regulations and tax laws across multiple countries.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and data privacy standards.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
