Job Description

  • Provide expert advice on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes for new team members.
  • Manage employee relations cases, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with management to address workforce planning and organisational needs.
  • Deliver training sessions on HR-related topics to employees and managers.
  • Ensure compliance with Dutch labour laws and regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful INTERIM HR ADVISOR should have:

  • Formal qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Dutch labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Dutch.
  • Experience in the RETAIL industry is highly desirable.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
