Job Description

  • Manage accounting for multiple entities within investment structures
  • Maintain accurate books, records, and reconciliations
  • Prepare financial statements under IFRS/Dutch GAAP
  • Monitor cash, intercompany balances, and financing structures
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements
  • Act as main contact for auditors and coordinate audits
  • Liaise with stakeholders, advisors, and internal teams
  • Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 5-8+ years of experience in accounting within corporate services, trust, or real estate environments
  • Strong understanding of multi-entity structures and investment vehicles
  • Solid knowledge of IFRS and/or Dutch GAAP
  • Experience with audits, statutory reporting, and regulatory compliance
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Strong communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus
