Functie

In this role as Interim Demand Generation Manager:

  • Develop and execute regional demand generation strategies across UK&I, Benelux, and the Nordics.
  • Translate global marketing campaigns into local market activities aligned with regional business priorities.
  • Drive pipeline creation and pipeline acceleration through targeted demand generation initiatives.
  • Work closely with country leaders and sales teams to identify commercial opportunities and align marketing investments.
  • Develop go-to-market plans tailored to regional markets and industry segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
  • Oversee and manage external marketing and event agencies to ensure successful execution and ROI.
  • Plan and support trade shows, customer events, field marketing activities, and account-based marketing initiatives.
  • Use Salesforce and 6sense to manage account targeting, campaign performance, and reporting.
  • Analyse campaign performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Create presentations and reports for leadership teams, translating marketing performance into commercial outcomes.
  • Support content localisation and campaign production using AI-powered marketing tools.
  • Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with company objectives, budgets, and governance requirements.

Profiel

A successful Interim Demand Generation Manager should have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience within B2B demand generation, field marketing, trade marketing, or regional marketing.
  • Experience managing multi-country marketing programs across EMEA or international markets.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline generation, lead management, and revenue-focused marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce.
  • Experience using account-based marketing and intent-data platforms such as 6sense.
  • Proven track record of working closely with sales teams and senior commercial stakeholders.
  • Experience managing agencies, events, and external partners.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
  • Experience within manufacturing, industrial technology, engineering software, automation, or other complex B2B environments is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of long sales cycles and CAPEX purchasing processes is advantageous.
  • Exposure to AI-powered marketing platforms is beneficial.
  • Fluent English communication skills are essential; additional Nordic language skills are considered a plus.
  • Ability to operate effectively within a corporate and matrixed organisation.
