Job Description

As FP&A Analyst, you will play a key role in financial planning, performance analysis, and management reporting. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across finance, operations, and project teams to provide actionable insights that drive growth and operational excellence.

  • Support the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
  • Prepare and analyse monthly management reports, variances, and KPIs
  • Develop financial models to support business cases and strategic initiatives
  • Partner with operational teams to improve cost control and financial performance
  • Provide ad-hoc analyses and insights for senior management
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes and tools

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, controlling, or financial analysis
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools is a plus
  • Proactive, hands-on mindset with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
