Job Description

  • Manage and oversee financial reporting and analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor cash flow and ensure effective financial planning.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international accounting regulations and company policies.
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Assist in audits and liaise with external auditors as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Controller A.I. should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience within the Manufacturing sector is advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
