Job Description

In this role, you will operate in a fast-paced environment where you are responsible for the full order-to-cash process. You will maintain close contact with customers and internal teams, ensuring high service levels and smooth operations.

You are proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while continuously looking for ways to improve processes.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and process customer orders on a daily basis
  • Confirm orders and communicate delivery timelines
  • Manage the end-to-end order cycle (from entry to invoicing)
  • Proactively communicate delays, shortages, and operational issues
  • Prepare and issue invoices and export documentation
  • Monitor forecast adherence and align with stakeholders
  • Register, investigate, and resolve customer complaints including root cause analysis
  • Support KPI reporting and identify process improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with Planning, Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams
  • Participate in projects and continuous improvement initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of thinking and working
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Order-to-Cash
  • Knowledge of logistics processes (Incoterms, export documentation)
  • Experience with SAP (SD/MM), Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, accurate, and results-driven
  • A hands-on team player with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus
