Functie

Lead and coordinate cross-functional Finance Transformation activities across R2R, Tax, Treasury, and Finance Master Data, ensuring alignment of processes, governance, and operating models.
Drive the development and maintenance of process documentation, finance process taxonomy, target operating models, and interim operating models to support global transformation objectives.
Manage the end-to-end project plan, covering design, build, testing, data migration, cutover, hypercare, change management, training, and communications.
Monitor project progress, track milestones and deliverables, and provide regular status reporting to senior stakeholders and program leadership.
Own and maintain the workstream RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies), proactively managing dependencies across Finance, Supply Chain, Data, O2C, and S2P workstreams.
Coordinate global and local workaround solutions during transformation phases, ensuring clear ownership, resource planning, and stakeholder alignment.
Manage project governance and change control processes, including change requests, key design decisions, scope changes, and exemption management.
Collaborate closely with business teams, system integrators, and automation partners to ensure successful delivery and adoption of the transformation program.
Ensure transparency around project scope, budget, timelines, and compliance with global process standards and governance frameworks.

Profiel

Available to start in September, 40 hours/week, for a 1.5-year project
Resident in the Netherlands
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred.
8+ years of experience in Projects relating to R2R, financial reporting, or general ledger management, preferably in a global organization.
Project Management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2).
Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, S4 HANA is an advantage) and financial data transformation.
Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to structure, prioritise, and manage complex activities effectively across multiple workstreams and project phases.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external partners.
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to identify issues proactively, assess impacts, and develop practical and effective solutions.
Delivery-focused with a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality across all project activities, documentation, and governance processes.
